Where will your item be shipped from?

All of our products are shipped from our Hong Kong or mainland China studios. We set up our operation in Asia to ensure that we can provide our customers superb quality leather goods at an extremely affordable price.  


What shipping services do we use?

We only offer the most trusted of shipping services such as DHL and FedEx. We can also offer standard shipping services upon customer requests.

    Do they ship to our my country?

    We ship worldwide. If for some reason when you proceed to checkout and shipping services aren't available for your country then please just contact us and let us know. This doesn't happen often but if it does we can set things up asap.


    Why isn't my tracking number working?

    A common reason why your package may not be track-able is because the package hasn't yet reached the shipping carrier and the label hasn't been scanned yet. After your package has been marked as shipped and you have received an email indicating that the package has been shipped, please wait 3~6 days for the package to become track-able.
